Dr. Lock is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon who has been in private practice since 1995. A native of Tucson, he attended the University of Arizona where he graduated with honors in 1983. He completed medical school at the University of North Texas, in Fort Worth in 1988.

He was awarded a prestigious summer fellowship with M.D. Anderson hospital during medical school. His one year of internship was completed in Phoenix and his four year residency was completed at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton under affiliation with Ohio University. He was awarded membership in both the Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Sigma Phi scholastic honorary programs during his undergraduate and graduates studies.

Edmund Afrim-Antwi, PAC joined Dr. Lock in late 2007. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in biochemistry. His graduate degree was from Western University in Physician Assistant studies.

He is certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants and licensed to practice in the state of Arizona and California. He is a member of the AAPA and the CAPA. He works alongside Dr. Lock to provide comprehensive clinical orthopedic care and assistance with operative procedures.
